Beginning his career with the firm in 2013 as a legal intern, Jeffrey became an associate after being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2014. He is currently a member of the Estate Planning, Real Property, and Taxation Sections of the Oklahoma Bar, and his practice focuses on estate and business planning, Social Security disability claims, real property transactions, and commercial litigation. In 2019, Jeffrey joined Michael Entz as a partner in the firm.

Jay was born and raised in Oklahoma and am a product of the Mustang Public School system, where he developed his leadership skills as Captain of the varsity soccer team from his sophomore to senior years. After graduating from high school he attended Southern Nazarene University from 1995-1998 on a soccer scholarship. Jay continued to develop as a leader as the starting goalkeeper and Captain of the soccer team from his sophomore year to his senior year in college. He was awarded Honorable Mention All-American in 1998. He then left college to play professional soccer in Canada.. Jay later finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Oklahoma where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He then began working for the Oklahoma City Police Department where he was a 911 Supervisor. Jay then attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree while working part time at 911 and in the workers’ compensation arena. While in law school, Jay obtained his licensed legal intern status from the Oklahoma Supreme Court and began working in workers’ compensation. After graduating and passing the bar exam, Jay has practiced primarily in Workers' Compensation representing both employers and their insurance carriers and injured employees.  This provides Jay a unique perspective on the law and its application.  Jay has also handled some personal injury cases as well as establishing LLCs for business including Operating Agreements.  Jay also handles wills and trusts for individuals.

Jason A. Sansone is an experienced litigation attorney whose primary focus is on representing commercial and financial institutions. He has protected lender’s rights, litigated adversary proceedings, and reorganized businesses in over 500 bankruptcy and receivership cases.Jason has represented clients in matters with the Internal Revenue Service, Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma Department of Labor, Oklahoma Attorney General, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.. Clients expect a clear vision and strategy from the onset of representation, timely communication throughout representation, followed by a successful conclusion to their case specific plan which results in a more stable tomorrow. Knowledge of the law, relationships with opposing professional counsel, and real business experience allows Jason to get clients through their periods of economic instability and successfully move forward in the quickest ways possible.. Prior to his private practice, Mr. Sansone served as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer for a local collection agency operating in 46 states. Jason is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, all Texas federal and bankruptcy courts, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Robert J. Turner American Inn of Court, and a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow. Jason twice previously campaigned for the Oklahoma House of Representatives.. Jason holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, Master of Business Administration with High Honors from Oklahoma City University, and Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association (SBA), was a two-term member of the SMU Student Senate, and Dean’s Scholarship Recipient. In addition, he interned with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office Family Violence Division and with the 44th State Civil District Court.
