Simone is a native Oklahoman who graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in vocal music education. After teaching in Pryor, Oklahoma for four years, Simone decided to go to law school and moved back in with her parents in Del City to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Simone graduated with distinction from OU in 1996. While still in law school, Simone began working in the general counsel’s office of a life and health insurance company. This practical experience paved the way to her understanding of the various aspects of insurance claims and business practices.. Since 1998, Simone has been working on behalf of policyholders in protecting their rights under insurance policies. Simone’s practical, down-to-earth approach quickly puts clients at ease. Simone is well known for her seminars on insurance and bad faith litigation in Oklahoma and throughout the nation.
