R. TODD WADDELL. Todd Waddell obtained his law degree from Oklahoma City University, graduating Magna Cum Laude while working a full-time job during the day. Prior to opening his private practice, his legal work experience included working for the third largest firm in Texas (Gardere Wynne, in their Tulsa office) as well as with a highly respected Oklahoma firm (Fellers Snider) in Tulsa, OK.. He has two published appellate decisions, Davis v. The City of Tulsa, 2004 OK CIV APP 28, 87 P.3d 1106, Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Ass'n v. Remington Park, Inc. 1999 OK CIV APP 75, 987 P.2d 1216), and has been a published author in both legal and geological journals.. Prior to attending to law school, Todd worked as an exploration and exploitation geologist for CONOCO-EPNA in Midland, TX, and Lafayette, LA. Todd received his BS and MS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to attending college, Todd Waddell worked in the oilfields as a roustabout, pumper, and an oilfield truck driver.

Phil presently concentrates his practice on Social Security disability cases, and has appeared at approximately three thousand hearings before federal judges assigned to the Social Security Administration in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives.. In 1997, Phil served on the Lieutenant Governor’s Commission on Workers’ Compensation Reform. In 2010, Phil was appointed by Governor Brad Henry to serve as his representative on the Task Force on Vocational Rehabilitation for Injured Workers. Phil is an active member of Lawyers for Working Oklahomans (an organization made up of the most prominent attorneys representing injured Oklahoma workers). From 2005 through 2009 Phil served on LWO's board of directors and in 2010 he was elected President of this important organization. In 2016, Phi was elected Chairman of the Disability Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.. Phil serves on the Board of Directors of The Twelve Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting youth recovery. He also serves on the Phi Delta Theta Alumni Advisory Board at Oklahoma State University. He has traveled to Northern Peru on three mission trips building homes and delivering food to the needy. Phil loves spending time with his children and family. Phil is an avid cyclist and spends much of his spring and summer competing in regional road races and time trials.

I come from humble beginnings. My father quit high school in order to help his father feed the family by working construction.  His work ethic was second to none, and allowed him to become vice president of a division of the construction firm he worked for. I owe a great deal to my parents for the opportunities they provided to me, and the work ethic they instilled in me. I understand and appreciate how the family fabric can be torn apart by a devastating injury caused by the carless actions of another, and I simply cannot, and will not, tolerate an insurance company or corporation avoiding  compensating an injured victim for injuries caused by their actions.
