After obtaining a B.S. in 2002, I attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, where I served on the board of editors for the law review and graduated with highest honors.. From 2006 to 2014, I worked as an in-house prospect landman for a major independent oil and gas producer. In 2014, I left the corporate world for private practice, where I serve clients in the areas of probate and oil & gas.

Chaille Walraven focuses her practice on oil and gas law and real estate matters, with an emphasis on litigation that protects the rights of land and royalty owners. Chaille has successfully represented hundreds of land and minerals owners in both state and federal court, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She devotes a large section of her practice to assisting royalty owners in enforcing the terms and conditions of their oil and gas leases. Since Chaille's great-grandfather founded the family ranch over a century ago, four generations of her family have been land and mineral owners.. Chaille was born and raised in Western Oklahoma and graduated Valedictorian from Clinton High School. She then attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where she earned both her undergraduate and law degrees. While in law school, Chaille was actively involved in Baylor's nationally-ranked advocacy programs and the Baylor Law Review.

Born and raised in California, I graduated from the University of California, Davis, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, and later attended and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2011. I have been in private practice since 2011, specializing in oil and gas title opinions, due diligence and curative work for operations in states which I hold licenses in, including Oklahoma, Wyoming and Colorado. I also specialize in estate planning, probate, divorce and family law in Oklahoma. I currently volunteer as a reviewing case file attorney with the Oklahoma Innocence Project. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, running and surfing when I can make my way to the beaches on the coast.
