Adrian Mejia graduated from the University of Washington witha B.A. in Global Studies and minors in Policy Studies and Human Rights. He recieved his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. Originally from Mexico City, Adrian Mejia grew up in the suburbs outside of Seattle. Prior to founding Mejia & Beverlin, he worked as a Washington State DSHS Certified Medical Interpreter, engaged in administrative rulemaking and nondiscrimination policy as a Title VI Specialist with the Washington State Department of Transportation, and provided pro se assistance on behalf of Northwest Immigrants Rights Project to detainees at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma.
