Wil H. Florin was born in Salzburg, Austria and raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He received his B.A. from Ball State University where he was captain of the varsity soccer team and President of the University’s largest social fraternity (Sigma Phi Epsilon). He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1980 where he won the school Moot Court competition and was a State Moot Court finalist. He has remained actively involved with the law school since graduation, having served as an Adjunct Professor in Trial Practice, as well as a host and keynote speaker for the annual “Friends and Family Day” event. Wil was recently selected to serve a four (4) year term as a member of the Stetson University Board of Trustees. Luca was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida, where he attended Dunedin High School. He received his BA from the University of Florida where he graduated with a degree in Finance.. He attended Barry University School of Law and finished 9th overall in his graduating class. While at Barry, Luca was Treasurer of the Labor and Employment Law Association. He was also a member of the Volunteer Income Tax Association (VITA), providing free tax preparation and e-filing services for low-to-moderate income individuals and families. In addition to practicing personal injury law and estate planning for 20+ years, I'm also an advocate for the arts. I volunteered pro-bono for the now defunct County run program, Volunteer Legal Assistance for the Arts. I'm also currently Chairman of the Board for the Dunedin Fine Art Center, Tampa Bay's largest non-accredited arts education center and gallery. In the past I was the president of Florida Craftsman Gallery (now known as Florida CraftArt) located in St. Petersburg. I have also been a docent at the Salvador Dali Museum also located in St. Petersburg and have been doing this for more than 20 years.

On the personal side, my free time is spent almost exclusively with my family.  I am blessed to be married to my high school sweetheart and we have two adult children.  My wife and I also volunteer for Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida so from time to time we also have "foster" dogs as members of our family in addition to our Chocolate Lab, Fisher.. We spend our free time fishing, traveling, hiking, attending sporting events (Go Rays!!), and enjoying other outdoor activities.  Since we have Labrador Retrievers, we also spend a lot of time on floor maintenance at home!
