Mariah Lujano was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, Washington, by Mexican immigrant parents. Her parents were laborers who were only able to understand and speak Spanish, which heavily influenced Mariah’s childhood and her perspective on the world.. Upon graduation from her undergraduate degree, she was hired as a full-time paralegal for Pat Roach. This position enabled her to see and experience the potential impact if the law were more accessible. She realized that pursuing law would allow her to help remedy some of the struggles of voiceless communities and make meaningful changes. She felt called to the practice and promptly enrolled in law school, and she completed her law degree at Gonzaga University in 2022.. Mariah began practicing law full-time at Roach and Bishop Law Offices upon her matriculation from law school. Beyond any categorized specialty, Mariah enjoys being a bridge that connects people with the law.. Mariah specializes in several areas of law. She has a passion for family law, assisting other families in their legal struggles, aided not only by her education and law expertise, but her years of personal experience navigating the legal system for her family. She practices civil litigation, where she helps two parties solve disputes between one another. Mariah also practices criminal defense law, where she leaves no stone unturned to defend her clients. Jeremy J. Bishop is a Tri-City native and an honors graduate of Kamiakin High School and Cum Laude graduate from Whitman College in Walla Walla with a B.A. in Sociology.  Jeremy then graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association that same year, and the U.S. Eastern District of Washington in 2007.. After law school, Jeremy returned to the Tri-Cities to raise his family and began a general law practice law at another firm before joining Roach & Bishop in 2010. As a Partner at Roach & Bishop, Jeremy focuses his practice on family law, estate planning, probate, personal injury, and adoptions.  Throughout his career, Jeremy has been proud to help clients overcome crisis in their lives and to recover from those circumstances.. Jeremy is a member of the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice where he served on the New Member Committee, Tri-Cities Estate Planning Council, and a past member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for whom he has spoken at various seminars.. Jeremy is an avid sports fan and was a captain of his college baseball team.  He has volunteered his time coaching football, baseball, and basketball.  He learned the importance of hard work while working for his father's construction company prior to law school. When not working, Jeremy enjoys sports, fishing, camping and anything else that he can do with his wife, children and extended family residing in the Tri-Cities area.

Brian Roach is the fourth generation of his family to live in Pasco, and shares the occupation of both his father and his grandfather, making him the third generation of lawyers in his family.  He is an active member of St. Patrick's Parish in Pasco. He and his wife Sofia have three children, Patricio, Elena, and Catalina Roach. He is a former Vice President of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and also a former board member. He is a former Board of Directors Member for Catholic Family and Child Services of the Tri-Cities, is an active volunteer for Tri-Cities Preparatory School, including as coach for the school's YMCA Mock Trial team.

A 1966 graduate of Pasco High School, Pat Roach holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Seattle University and a Law Degree from Gonzaga University. Pat is a member of the American Bar Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Washington State Bar Association and the Benton-Franklin Bar Association. Pat has served as the City Attorney for both Pasco and Mesa and was the past President of the Benton/Franklin County Bar Association.. Active in church and the community, Pat is a member of St. Patrick’s Parish, and has served many years on the board and as the President of the Tri-Cities Water Follies Association. He has served as President and on the board of the Franklin County Park Advisory Board for many years. Pat has served on the Board of Tri-Cities Prep, a Catholic High School. Pat has served as a Chairperson of several large charitable ongoing fundraising campaigns for capital improvements for St. Vincent DePaul, St. Pat’s School, and Tri-Cities Prep.
