Mr. Olexa is an AV Rated trial and business attorney currently in his 20th year of practice.  His experience is extensive and diverse.. Caleb Lihn is an attorney focusing on elder law, estate planning, disability and special needs planning, and probate. Caleb graduated from Arizona State University and earned a J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. After two direction-changing family issues – a mother with dementia and a daughter born with a significant congenital heart defect – he returned to law school and earned an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law.. Caleb serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Center for Disability Law and the Board of Directors for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”), where he also serves as a member of the NAELA Journal Editorial Board and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee..
