Rosa has been practicing law since 2006 after graduating from Rutgers School of Law.. Rosa's primary focus is on Immigration Defense and Family Petitions.  Prior to law school, Rosa served as a Deportation Officer for 4 years, involved in the detention and release procedures of ICE (then INS), which gave her invaluable experience.  Rosa has been successful in defending clients in removal proceedings, bond hearings, motions to reopen and appeals.  Rosa also provides representation in family and employment based petitions, visas, applications for permanent residence and citizenship.  She provides representation nationwide.. Rosa is proficient in Spanish and Italian.. Rosa represents clients in criminal matters throughout the State of New Jersey and in Federal Court.  This experience allows her to assess matters that involve both criminal and immigration issues.
