I am originally from a small town in Illinois, but gravitated to the "big city" for college and law school.  I attended North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  The story goes, that I have wanted to be a lawyer since the 5th grade.. After visiting the valley several times, my husband and I moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2006.  I have three beautiful children that keep me on my toes.  When I do have spare time, I enjoy reading, running, and golfing.. I am one of the few attorneys I know who set out to be a Family Law Attorney when I went to law school.  I like assisting people in one of the most traumatic legal problems that they face, and enjoy the challenge of finding a resolution that works for them, and if there is not one, taking the case to trial..
