As an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona, my goal is to provide competent legal services and represent those clients who want straight forward legal advice. I have been in the private practice of law since October 1979. My practice encompasses a number of areas of law and includes representing individuals and companies in civil and criminal litigation; advising, drafting and consulting as to contract, corporate and business matters; and addressing family issues as they  relate to adoption, guardianship, conservatorship and probate. My practice includes representing those accused of criminal, criminal traffic and DUI offenses. I also will represent persons with personal injury claims if I think my office can assist in obtaining a fair recovery. My office does not handle divorce, dissolution, child custody, bankruptcy, workers compensation, security or tax matters.
