Ms. Barrios Cool completed her B.A. from the University of Arizona in 2004. She then obtained her master’s degree in education leadership from Northern Arizona University in 2009. She earned her doctorate in law from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law the following year. During law school, she served as the Symposium Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal, and was recognized as both a Berch Scholar and Pedrick Scholar. In 2010, she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
