He began working at the law firm of Lewis and Roca, and worked in the area of complex civil litigation.. In 1994, he founded his own law office, and he began his civil practice, including personal injury and wrongful death. In 2002, he limited the firm's practice areas to personal injury and wrongful death, areas in which the firm exclusively practices now.
