Javier is a board member of the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group and Kids’ Chance of Arizona; treasurer of the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured workers; and a past member of the NFLPA Workers’ Compensation Panel. He is a graduate of University of California Berkeley and Arizona State University Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law. He is a co-founder of Grajeda Weinstein, a boutique law firm in central Phoenix specializing in workers’ compensation.. Javier Grajeda es un especialista certificado en compensación laboral por el Colegio de Abogados del Estado de Arizona que representa a trabajadores lesionados. Publica y realiza presentaciones a nivel nacional sobre los derechos de los trabajadores. Habla español bilingüe y es miembro de la Asociación de Abogados Hispanos de Arizona-Los Abogados y de la Asociación Nacional de Abogados Hispanos. Javier es miembro de la junta directiva del Grupo de Defensa y Derecho de Lesiones Laborales y de Kids’ Chance of Arizona; tesorero de la Asociación de Abogados de Arizona para Trabajadores Lesionados; y ex miembro del Panel de Compensación Laboral de la NFLPA.
