He is a graduate of University of California Berkeley and Arizona State University Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law. He is a co-founder of Grajeda Weinstein, a boutique law firm in central Phoenix specializing in workers’ compensation.. Javier Grajeda es un especialista certificado en compensación laboral por el Colegio de Abogados del Estado de Arizona que representa a trabajadores lesionados. Publica y realiza presentaciones a nivel nacional sobre los derechos de los trabajadores. Habla español bilingüe y es miembro de la Asociación de Abogados Hispanos de Arizona-Los Abogados y de la Asociación Nacional de Abogados Hispanos.
