Eric is a partner at Dunn Carney and heads our Insurance Defense Practice Team. Eric has special expertise in defending construction defect and design claims, many relating to moisture penetration and mold.  He has represented architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors, including deck water proofers, plumbers, roofers, window installers, framers and siding contractors.  Claims have ranged from a few hundred thousand dollars to over 120 million dollars.  In 2006, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Eric as a Super Lawyer in Construction Litigation.
