My medical negligence practice focuses primarily on defending medical professionals involved in pharmaceutical or medical device litigation. My law practice focuses on legal malpractice defense, medical malpractice defense, health law, and appellate law.. Before joining the Hart Wagner law firm, I worked in a prominent family law firm, where I learned how to navigate challenging issues while being a strong advocate for my clients. During that time, I managed a high-volume caseload and gained invaluable courtroom experience.. I earned my law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 2011. During law school, I was a clinical and research assistant for Professor W. Warren H. Binford, assisting in complex civil litigation and editing law review submissions. In addition, I clerked in a criminal defense practice where I acquired experience in juvenile dependency, Measure 11 sentencing, and Constitutional issues.

I've been practicing in Downtown Portland, Oregon for over 14 years.  My practice primarily revolves around Home Owner Association Law, Construction Defect Litigation, Contract law, Insurance and representing Real Estate Owners, select Contractors and Developers and others in need of professional represenation.  I am a litigator and a trial attorney.  I've taken and defended thousands of depositions, represented clients in hunreds of mediations and arbitrations and taken dozens of cases to verdict at trial and arbitration.. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, golf, snowboard, wakeboard, mountain bike and ride motorcycles.
