Mick Fleming is Co-Chair of Lane Powell's Real Estate Litigation Practice Group and is a member of the Corporate Finance and Securities department.  He focuses his practice on complex dispute resolution and also handles a number of business mergers and acquisitions.  Mick has also worked on a number of complex real estate finance transactions.

He has served as lead counsel for a trucking company in settling a wage-and-hour class action involving more than 150 owner-operators who alleged that they were employees.. John’s past experience includes obtaining a several- million dollar federal RICO civil judgment on behalf of a national client. He was also lead counsel in obtaining $2.9 million antitrust judgment in favor of a rural electric cooperative against Washington's largest electric utility.
