Mr. Davis is an attorney at the Washoe County Public Defender’s Office.  Prior to serving in that capacity, Mr. Davis was a member of Fennemore Craig's Government Affairs Practice Group and an associate at Lionel Sawyer & Collins.  His practice focused on government relations, complex civil litigation and commercial litigation.  During law school, Mr. Davis mediated cases, worked in a civil litigation firm and externed for a well-respected criminal defense attorney in San Diego, California.  Mr. Davis also worked under current Nevada Governor, and then Federal Judge Brian E. Sandoval in the United States District Court, District of Nevada and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David Wiseman, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Superior Court, Saipan, upon his graduation from law school and subsequently, for the Honorable Brent Adams, Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada..
