Immediately after completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Arger worked in finance at Morgan Stanley and Dexia Credit Local in New York City. After nearly three years in Manhattan, he moved to Napa Valley and served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Arger-Martucci Vineyards. While working at his family’s winery, Mr. Arger simultaneously attended graduate school, earning dual Juris Doctorate (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of San Francisco. He graduated with honors in his JD concentration on corporate and commercial law, and graduated first in his MBA class. Prior to joining Robertson, Johnson, Miller & Williamson, Mr. Arger served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Justice James W. Hardesty of the Nevada Supreme Court.. Mr. Arger’s community involvement includes volunteer legal consultation in several land use and environmental causes. In his personal life, Mr. Arger enjoys outdoor activities that include skiing, trail running, and surfing in addition to his passion for traveling abroad.
