Tim has been practicing civil litigation since 1987 throughout Northern California and the Central Valley. He is experienced in complex civil litigation and has litigated cases in the areas of business and commercial law, commercial lease disputes, business torts, unlawful competition, legal malpractice, personal injury, real estate, trust and probate litigation and fiduciary abuse.
