Tim has been practicing civil litigation since 1987 throughout Northern California and the Central Valley. He is experienced in complex civil litigation and has litigated cases in the areas of business and commercial law, commercial lease disputes, business torts, unlawful competition, legal malpractice, personal injury, real estate, trust and probate litigation and fiduciary abuse. He has handled a variety of jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts, and his experience extends to appellate and writ proceedings in both federal and state courts of appeal. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.. In addition to practicing law, Tim currently serves as an adjunct professor teaching a number of law courses for the Paralegal Program at Humphreys College, in Stockton. He is an inactive member of the Judge Consuelo M. Callahan Inn of Court and of Toastmaster’s International. From 2002 through 2004, he served on the San Joaquin County Youth Accountability Board, a diversionary program for one-time non-violent youthful offenders.

My trust, estate, probate, conservatorship, and guardianship law practice has been in Roseville, California since 1999.

I came to the Sacramento area as a child in the late 1950's.  I have been married for 45 years to my wife, Marti, and we are happy to call Roseville our home for the past 16 years.  We have two children and one grandchild.  All  live locally.  We are a close family and include eah other in most of our free time activities.. My wife and I enjoy photography and spend as much time as we can traveling in California (there is so much to photograph close to home), and other states, and when the opportunity arises we travel out of the country photographing landscapes and people.. I enjoy my work and do not plan on a full retirement.  I prefer to keep busy with meaningful activity.  My maternal grandfather was an attorney and local judge in Linn County, Oregon, and served a term in the Oregon legislature in the 1940's.  I guess being an attorney is in my blood.
