If we are discussing a complex Will or Trust, or maybe a holding company structure for a business, I usually draw a diagram on the whiteboard during our meeting, which helps to clarify the legal structure in a more practical way.. Many clients have told me that they really appreciated the way I was able to make the legal process understandable and "painless" for them.. I am also especially sensitive to the need for caring advice when assisting clients who have experienced the loss of a loved one, and need help with Probate of an estate..
