Josh Worley is an owner/attorney at The Injury and Disability Law Center, LLC.  He started this law firm with his brother, Jeremy in September 2017.  Josh Worley was previously a shareholder at the law firm of Sanders, Bruin, Coll, & Worley, P.A.  He graduated from Baylor University with a bachelors degree in business.  He also earned his J.D from Baylor University School of Law in 2002 and was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2003.  Josh has over 14 years of legal experience specializing in the fields of Social Security disability and personal injuries.

Chelsea Seaton is an associate attorney with the law firm of Sanders, Bruin, Coll & Worley, P.A.  She graduated from Texas Tech University cum laude with a major in Psychology in 2008.  She also earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013.  She is licensed to practice in both Texas and New Mexico.  Chelsea is currently a member of the Lea and Chaves County Bar Associations, a member of the Young Lawyers Association, and is active in the Pecos Valley Roatry Club.

Beth Hightower is a shareholder with the law firm of Sanders, Bruin, Coll & Worley, P.A.  She graduated from Baylor University cum laude with a major in Finance in 2006.  She earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009 and was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico that same year.  Prior to joining the Sanders Law Firm, Mrs. HIghtower worked with the Fifth Judicial District Attorney's office in Roswell, New Mexico.  In 2010, she was named "Rookie Prosecutor of the Year" by the Prosecutor's Section of the State Bar of New Mexico.  In November 2010, Mrs. Hightower joined the Sanders Law Firm, where she has focused her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, family law, criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury work.  In the spring of 2013, Mrs. Hightower served as the chairwoman for the Chaves County Law Day.  Mrs. Hightower currently serves as a board member for the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of New Mexico, a member of the Young Lawyers Association and Chaves County Bar Association.
