During law school Beth worked as a clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office in both the downtown and Santa Monica branches, gaining valuable trial experience by conducting hundreds of preliminary hearings in Superior Court. Following her graduation from law school she moved to California and began practicing workers' compensation defense work in 2001.. She moved to Atlanta to be closer to family in 2006 worked for two defense firms before launching Gearhart Law Group in 2013, which has long been a goal.
