Prior to joining the Law Offices of Thomas E. Kennedy, III in September of 2013, I worked as a litigation associate for a small, plaintiff’s firm in Clayton, Missouri where my practice centered on the litigation of labor and employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of employment contracts and non-compete agreements and state and federal wage and hour disputes.I have extensive experience representing individuals and employees in complex matters involving business and commercial litigation, multi-party litigation, and collective and class action litigation relating to unpaid wages and overtime under both the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour laws. I have also represented individuals facing prosecution in Missouri administrative and licensing hearings before the Administrative Hearing Commission, the Missouri State Board of Nursing, the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts and the Missouri Division of Employment Security.Since becoming an associate with the Law Offices of Thomas E. Patrick J. Hagerty is a native of St. Louis. He completed his undergraduate studies at Quincy College in 1981. He received his law degree in 1985 from Saint Louis University School of Law, and served as an editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.. Mr. Hagerty is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, and in federal district courts and courts of appeal in Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Arkansas and the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Circuits.. Gretchen Garrison graduated from the University of Missouri in 1982 with a degree in Hospital Administration. She earned her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1986, where she served as managing editor of the UMKC Law Review and on the Moot Court Board..
