After five years of service and two overseas deployments, Mark started his second career by attending Baylor Law School. Mark graduated Baylor Law School as the number one graduate of his class, where he was an Associate Editor for the Law Review, received the Steve Dillard Practice Court Award for academic achievement, and barrister status for his performance in moot court.. After graduating Baylor Law School, Mark served as a law clerk to United States Federal District Judge Alan D Albright, judge of the Waco Division of the Western District of Texas. Mark is admitted to practice in the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Texas, where has an active docket in each district. Mark is also admitted to practice before the Federal Circuit.. Mark practices in the areas of intellectual property, business, and other select litigation matters.
