I am a Salt Lake City Attorney specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice.

I am a partner at the law firm Eisenberg, Cutt, Kendell & Olson and have been practicing law since 1993.  As a personal injury attorney, I have the unique opportunity to help people who have been injured by the negligence of others.  Through the years, my cases have involved injuries and wrongful deaths arising from bicycle accidents, auto accidents, defective products and medical malpractice.. In addition to my legal practice, I am also actively involved in the Women’s Law Caucus and serve on the Character and Fitness Committee for the Utah State Bar.  I enjoy speaking to groups and writing articles about topics that are relevant to the personal injury practice area.  I am also an avid cyclist and runner and enjoy scuba-diving and traveling with my family.. David A. Cutt is a 1991 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a founding member of Eisenberg, Cutt, Kendell & Olson. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice cases. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained multiple seven figure recoveries on behalf of his injured clients. Mr. Cutt has particular expertise prosecuting cases on behalf of people who have suffered brain or spinal cord injuries, as well as pursuing claims for injuries caused by defective automobile tires and other dangerous products. Mr. Cutt sits on the board of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly the Utah Trial Lawyers Association). Chris Higley joined Cutt, Kendell & Olson as a law clerk in 2013 and stayed on as an associate attorney after graduating law school.  Since joining Cutt, Kendell & Olson, Chris has worked on numerous cases that have resolved for six, seven, and eight figures.  He practices almost exclusively in plaintiff personal injury cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, or general negligence.  Chris has experience at all phases of litigation, from the pre-litigation demand phase through trial.. Chris has served on the Young Lawyer’s Division executive board as a liaison for And Justice for All, a local nonprofit.  In this effort, Chris was involved in various fundraising events for And Justice for All, including the annual “Bar Sharks” pool tournament.  Chris has also taught at various litigation-related CLEs sponsored by the Young Lawyer’s Division.

As an attorney, Josh Dunyon is a member of the Utah, Wyoming and Idaho State Bar and has extensive experience representing injured clients.
