I'm a proud, a sixth generation Texan - born in San Antonio, attended Plano public schools, and obtained my bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University.  I attended law school at St. Mary's Universit, during which I was a member of the St. Mary’s Law Journal and was a national liaison for the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division.  I've had the chance to work in both the public and private sectors, for non-profit organizations, and in 2009, I started a business helping consumers with credit-related problems, which was converted to my law firm in 2012.  I am proud to represent a variety of clients, who have come to trust me to be relentless in achieving their objectives.  It's a trust I take deeply personally, and it's my higest honor that clients entrust me with their most significant problems.

I'm a criminal defense attorney living and practicing law in San Antonio, Texas. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy. Following a brief stint on Capitol Hill, I attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland. Since that time I have diligently worked to protect the rights of citizens accused of crimes and faithfully represent them in court.

I was born in Tacoma, Washington but raised in El Paso, Texas.  I settled down in San Antonio, Texas after meeting my beautiful wife here.  I have 3 children and 2 rat terriers.  I'm a diehard Texas Longhorn (my alma mater), I'm a huge animal lover, and I'm a big fan of listening to and playing music.  I absolutely LOVE being a lawyer and representing individuals from all walks of life.

I try to balance my life between work and spending time with my wonderful wife and two great children.  I enjoy bicycling and exercising, and when I can, reading non-fictional material.  I give thanks to God for all the good (and not so good) fortunes and blessings he's given me and my family.

I retired from the U.S. Air Force in the grade of colonel after 29 1/2 years service on active duty.  I've been a supervisor for decades and I'm a three-time commander.  In my practice, I enjoy doing the same thing I did for decades on active duty -- caring about and caring for hard-working people and families.

I have enjoyed living in San Antonio, Texas for the last 40 years.  I am blessed to have a wonderful family with a supoportive wife and a son and daughter.  In my free time I enjoy playing chess, spending time with friends and family, and taking care of my two cute cats, Niko and Koko.

I am originally from San Antonio, Texas I attended the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana for my undergraduate studies.
