Samuel Packard was born as the 10th of 13 children. Growing up, he played football, sang in the choir, ran track, and became an Eagle Scout. He was also active in his church and community. After graduating from high school, Samuel lived in Mexico City for almost two years, where he became fluent in Spanish and fell in love with the people and the culture.. After returning from Mexico, Samuel married the lovely and talented Robin Orsak. He finished college and went to law school at the University of Houston. Reynaldo P. Morin (Rey) has been practicing law since 1994. In April 2000, Mr. Morin began working for the Department of Justice, as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) with the Eastern District of Texas. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, Mr. Morin worked as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) for the 81st. Judicial District Attorney’s Office from May 1994 to April 2000. As an ADA he prosecuted murders, drug offenses, aggravated assaults, driving while intoxicated, burglaries, robberies cases and numerous other violations of the Texas Penal Code.. While working as an ADA he attended the Texas District and County Attorney’s Association annual conference where he obtained valuable training regarding criminal law, to include trial practice, criminal forfeiture and criminal law updates. Brooke is a passionate and enthusiastic attorney who loves ponies, black coffee, and really tall trees. She is a born and raised Texan from Brazoria County. She attended Texas State University and earned a Bachelor or Arts in English with an emphasis in Shakespeare. She earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Houston in 2015.. Growing up, Brooke always wanted to be a cowgirl and she still has aspirations of doing so one day. She is a big animal lover. She has two horses, Mazzy the Wonder Horse, and Warden the... other horse. They are competitive treat-eaters and endurance nappers. She also has a black cat named Slinky who spends all of her time imitating a tiny house panther, biting strangers, and destroying furniture..
