As a member of St. Mary’s External Advocacy Program Moot Court, he was recognized as a National Finalist at the Federal Bar Association’s Annual Moot Court Competition. While attending classes, Olivero also worked as the Research Assistant for Associate Dean Reynaldo A. Valencia, where he was able to work on a variety of business issues. Finally, after two and a half years of law school, Olivero graduated in the top 13% of his class.

Amanda R. Esparza Carollo earned her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College in 2005, where she majored in Neuroscience.. After graduating, Mrs. Carollo worked as a paralegal at Dechert L.L.P in New York City for several years focusing on complex product liability litigation.. Mrs. Carollo received her law degree in 2011 from Albany Law School.  During law school, she served as member of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology and the Health Law Society.. Mrs. Carollo was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2012.  She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association and the Laredo Webb County Bar Association.  Mrs. Carollo’s practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice and personal injury.
