Attorney Ty Carss opened his first law practice, Carss & Associates, in January 2002, after graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in the Summer of 2001.. Carss & Associates became The Law Offices of Ty Carss to make it easier to identify Ty Carss as the principal attorney.  Ty is also known as the 4X4LAWYER.. He has been representing clients in criminal and civil matters for more than 16 years.. The Law Offices of Ty Carss is centrally located in North County - right in the heart of San Marcos, CA.. Ty grew up in North County, and is now raising his family in the area..
