Attorney Ty Carss opened his first law practice, Carss & Associates, in January 2002, after graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in the Summer of 2001.. He has been representing clients in criminal and civil matters for more than 16 years.. The Law Offices of Ty Carss is centrally located in North County - right in the heart of San Marcos, CA.. Ty grew up in North County, and is now raising his family in the area.. Ty and his wife, Lisa, have 3 very active sons (16, 13, & 8).  The family spends most of their time away from the office on a pool deck somewhere in the Southern California area.  The two older boys play high level club and high school Water Polo..
