Allie Etchebehere was born in Reno, Nevada.  She attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where she obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish with an emphasis in Business Administration.   While in law school, Allie completed judicial externships with the Honorable Gregg Zive at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, and with the Honorable Tomar Mason at the Superior Court in the County of San Francisco..
