My early college experience was interrupted by four years of service in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. Upon returning from military service, I attended Pace College (now Pace University) in New York City and earned a degree in business and accounting. Later, I attended Pepperdine University where I earned an MBA and after having worked for IBM, GE and Coopers & Lybrand (a “big six” CPA firm), I attended Western State University College of Law to earn my J.D. degree and passed the State Bar exam in 1999..
