Over the years I have served as an instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College, a member of the Sonoma County Airport Land Use Commission, and consultant planning director of the City of Cloverdale.. Throughout my career, I have prepared and processed hundreds of city and county applications for land use entitlements inclusive of subdivisions, use permits, variances, re-zonings, and general plan amendments for a wide range of individual property owners, developers, wineries, and non-profits..
