Crystle Watts was raised in Middletown, NY. After high school, she attended Orange County Community College and earned an Honors Associate’s degree in Social Science in 2005. She graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.. Crystle went on to study at Albany Law School of Union University. She received the Deans’ Scholarship Award and graduated magna cum laude in 2013. While studying at Albany Law School, Crystle served as a lead articles editor on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Science & Technology. She also participated in the Pro Bono Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, helping low-income individuals prepare and file their tax returns. During her final year of law school, Crystle secured an internship with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. She worked on appellate review of Workers’ Compensation decisions in the Office of General Counsel, where she gained foundational knowledge of New York’s compensation system.. In 2014, Crystle was admitted to the New York State Bar. She is thankful for the opportunity to turn her legal knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation system into practical benefits for clients who are injured on the job. Crystle takes pride in helping injured workers secure the medical care and compensation to which they are entitled.. A member of the New York State Bar Association and the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, Crystle lives in Columbia County and enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking.

Craig Mackey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Albany Law School in 2013. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014. Prior to joining Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, Craig worked as a law clerk for a veteran estate planning attorney in Schenectady, New York. Craig later began his own solo practice as a legal research & writing consultant for other attorneys in New York State.. While in law school Craig was a member of the Albany Government Law Review and served as a Senior Editor for the Center for Judicial Process. In October 2013 Craig was presented with the Robert Bensing Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service from Prisoners Legal Services of New York, which was awarded in conjunction with Craig’s work on a resolution that was passed and adopted by the New York State Bar Association’s House of Delegates.. In his free time, Craig enjoys playing and writing music, reading books, and going to the gym.
