I married my wonderful wife in 2002 and we have three daughters.  As such, I am clearly outnumbered in the house.  I am active in the bankruptcy bar and Bankruptcy Inn of Court.  My hobbies include indoor archery, firearms training and Sayoc Kali.

I was formerly a professional baseball player with the Anaheim Angels organization after being selected in the 1999 Major League Baseball draft. Today I represent individuals and corporations in state and federal court on various issues and have successfully litigated numberous complex business and financial matters recovering millions for my clients.

I am an Arizona-licensed attorney at law, and my practice focuses on primarily on real estate litigation and preventive counsel. In this capacity, I have represented commercial landlords, homeowners, and tenants, as well as advised on and prepared business formation documents and performed lending agreement legal analysis. Prior to transitioning to real estate, I began my career as an Associate in the Phoenix office Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the preeminent workplace law firms in the United States. There, I gained invaluable experience advising a multitude of large and small companies regarding federal, state, and local laws. From pre-litigation matters through final resolution, I was trained to identify a wide variety of legal issues that arise on a day-to-day basis, how to respond to them, and how to prevent them before they arise in the future.. Fred has lived in Arizona for over thirty-years, except for six years (between 2000-2006) he has been here since 1985.  Fred is licensed in Arizona, California and Colorado.
