Kirk Howell has played the roles of business person and business lawyer for two decades. Kirk was a management and technology consultant for a decade before becoming an attorney. Kirk worked with clients from start-ups to the Fortune 500 on strategy, process, technology, and change management projects. Kirk enjoyed all that business and consulting had to offer, so he doubled-down by going to law school to become a business attorney. After law school, Kirk practiced law in the Business and Finance department of Greenberg Traurig. He represented borrowers and lenders in financing matters and licensors and licensees in technology and intellectual property matters, among other general transactional matters. He left Greenberg Traurig in 2011 to become Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of an e-commerce company.
