I am primarily a business litigator. However, I have litigated a wide variety of cases including construction defect, mold and toxic tort, bad faith, medical malpractice, long-term care liability, securities fraud, personal injury, insurance defense, trade secret and intellectual property litigation. Currently my practice focuses on litigation against banks and other lenders. In 2012, the Phoenix office partnered with UMOM to help meet the needs of newly homeless families.
