Most recently, after successfully representing a Silicon Valley-based technology start-up in connection with a bet-the-company whistleblower lawsuit, Mr. Roach was hired by the company to serve as Corporate Counsel.  As one of only two lawyers in the company, which had over 300 employees and offices in California, Colorado, New York, and Arizona, Mr. Roach handled diverse legal issues, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, compliance matters, human resource and employment-related claims, marketing review, and management of outside counsel.

Paul Omerza has established legal skills in the areas of estate planning, probate and elder Law. Before his admission to the bar, Mr. Omerza assisted an experienced practitioner in probate litigation, adult adoption, and prosecuting and defending claims of financial exploitation including dealing with these types of matters in the context of guardian and conservatorship cases.  His estate planning experience ranges from small dollar amounts to high net worth estates.. Since his admission, Mr. Omerza has focused on assisting individuals with special needs, particularly the elderly. Inhis legal practice, he has solved legal problems relating to the growing aging population by counseling on the need for guardianships and conservatorships and their structure, providing financial, health-care and mental-health-care powers of attorney, wills, and trust agreements, and assisting with fiduciary administration matters.. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Omerza worked for a non-profit, behavioral-health-care provider of services to emotionally-disturbed, and troubled teenagers and adults.  One of his activities was to lead survival excursions in the desert to teach important lessons of self-reliance, discipline and working with a team.  Eventually by his own efforts he was promoted to a supervisory position.. Mr. Omerza is a native of Arizona and could not think of living anywhere else.  He graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Family and Human Development. Mr. Ronald J. Washington, a native of Dallas, Texas, was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2004 after acquiring his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from The University of Arizona in the year 2000. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in 2003.. Mr. Washington opened his firm in July of 2015 after successfully handling numerous criminal cases (not limited to DUI's), personal injury cases, car crashes, slip and falls, sexual harrasment, premises liability, and family law cases from 2004 to present.. Ronald was employed with The Law Office of Thomas Wilson from January, 2007 to July, 2015. Before Ron joined Mr. Wilson's firm, he was an Assistant City Prosecutor with the Tucson City Prosecutor's Office from 2004 to 2006. When he was prosecuting in Tucson, he attended and participated in the 2005 Tucson Police Department Field Sobriety Wet Workshop/ HGN School Program and successfully prosecuted numerous DUI cases through jury trial.. Ronald then worked as an associate personal injury plaintiff's attorney with Doug Zanes & Associates from 2006 to 2007. There, he immersed himself in settling car accident cases via claim settlement, arbitration and jury trial. He settled numerous cases totalling awards up to $300,000 during his short tenure with Mr. Zanes from mid 2006 to 2007.. While working with Mr. Wilson from 2007 to 2015, Ronald focused heavily on DUI defense among other felony criminal cases maintaining an above average dismissal/not guilty win rate via evidentiary hearing and jury trial.. Mr. Washington thrives on being in the courtroom and finds immense satisfaction in being an advocate for those who might be less knowledgeable about the law in Arizona and more importantly the Arizona and United States Constitution. Megan Selvey is an attorney licensed in Arizona and California.
