Stewart Salwin is a Phoenix-based litigator who represents people accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes. Matthew was born and raised in Alaska.  He went to the University of Oregon from 2001-2005 where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.  He received a TEFL Certificate in Seville, Spain and then spent time in Buenos Aires, Argentina teaching English.  Upon returning in 2008, he spent some time working as a finish carpenter in Washington State before attending Florida Coastal School of Law from 2009-2012.  Upon completion of a J.D., He moved to Salt Lake City and sat for the Summer '12 Utah State Bar and was admitted in the Fall of 2012. After spending several years in Utah, he waived into the Arizona State Bar and relocated to Phoenix to continue criminal defense work.

Robert H. Kleinschmidt earned his B.S. degree in 1979 from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree in 1982 from the John Marshall Law School.  With 25 years of litigation experience, he is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Birth Injury, Surgical Error; and other serious injuries caused by the negligence of others.  He has a passion for children and served for several years as the Chairman of the Board of Gompers Rehabilitation Center, a rehabilitation center for seriously disabled children and adults.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Boston College. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), past President of the Arizona Chapter (2008), and a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the Special Needs Alliance. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona. She has been licensed to practice law since 1993. Emily also serves on the Arizona Fiduciary Board. The Fiduciary Board oversees the discipline of fiduciaries licensed in the State of Arizona and approves requests for licensure.
