My practice is limited to complex high stakes catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.  I achieved a  $123M verdict against Ride the Ducks in 2019 and a $43M verdict in a motorcycle v. vehicle case in 2022. I began my career as a criminal defense attorney. For 13 years, I defended people accused of felony and misdemeanor crimes, trying hundreds of cases and arguing before the court of appeals.. I then worked for 10 years in insurance companies and law firms, defending persons and companies in personal injury lawsuits. I represented clients in numerous arbitrations, mediations and negotiations, and had a stellar success rate at trial.. After gaining this experience, I wanted to return to a practice where I represented individuals seeking justice. For the past four years, I have focused my practice on representing injured individuals. The types of cases I have handled include motor vehicle accidents, assaults, skiing and bicycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death and civil rights violations..
