I play on two "old boys" teams:  Red Zingers (over 50) and Bainbridge island United (over 55) in the Greater Seattle Soccer League.  It's a lot of fun and we get to play against some former pros from the old North American Soccer League, guys I used to pay to watch play.. I got into soccer in Denmark in the early 1970s thanks to my wife's brother, sister and father all of whom were heavily into the Danish national team.  I've followed Denmark and its club teams including FC Copenhagen and Odense Boldklub since then and was lucky enough to have been in Copenhagen when Denmark won the European Championship in 1992.  I have several friends in Denmark who played professionally and for the Danish national team.  Some of them are now coaches..
