l was born and raised in Michoacan, Mexico. I came to this country at age 19. With dedication, hard work, and the help of my family, I graduated from the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law.. I use my personal experience as an immigrant and my professional experience as an attorney to provide experienced, high-quality services to immigrants and their families. Eliana Horn is an attorney, community organizer, researcher and advocate in the Seattle area. With a tenant organizing background, Eliana believes land and housing is a resource to be shared, not held for future profit. Eliana is working toward shifting the dynamics of ownership and control of land and housing to center low-income and Black, Indigenous and People of Color to ensure that land is affordable and accessible for hundreds of years to come..
