Robert H. Chavez was born in Los Angeles, California. After graduation from high school in Pasco, Washington, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served with 1st Battlaion, 75th Ranger Regiment and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. He later obtained Bachelor of Arts Degrees in History and in Psychology in 1999 from the University of Washington. In 2002, he obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Seattle University School of Law. He practices primarily in the criminal law and personal injury areas. He is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the Eastern and Western Districts of the State of Washington and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals

Gary Marshall enjoys working with creative people including entrepreneurs, small business owners, people who create new technology, and artists. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in business and technology law and litigation, including computer law, Internet law, and art law together in one practice. My practice focuses primarily on litigation. I enjoy helping people and small businesses resolve disputes and move on with their lives. While I am an aggressive advocate, I also try to be mindful of coming up with practical and fair resolutions. I have successfully represented clients in a wide variety of disputes, including those involving insurance coverage, construction defects, commercial/business disputes, employment, and maritime law. In addition to litigation I regularly advise clients on employment, business, and construction issues.. I am a Seattle native and a Ballard High School alumnus. I earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Washington's Jackson School of International Studies, and a juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, where I was the Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law. I graduated from law school cum laude and was granted membership in the Order of the Coif for high attainments in the study of law. In addition I won the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Community Service Award for my work with Election Protection, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for being the highest scoring student in Evidence.. I joined Mullavey, Prout, Grenley and Foe LLP in August of 2010. Prior to joining the firm I interned at the United States Department of Labor, the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, and Sonkin & Schrempp PLLC.. I am an active member of the Ballard community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Ballard Rotary and chairing its International Service Committee. In my spare time, l enjoy skiing, soccer, basketball, community events, walking my dog, and cheering on Seattle sports teams.

I have always been a passionate advocate for justice and protecting the rights of others. I was born in Managua, Nicaragua to parents who both fought against the Somoza Dictatorship during the Nicaraguan Revolution. I was then raised in Honduras until I was brought to the United States as a child. Later I graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH with two degrees, one in Political Science and the other in International Studies.. At the beginning of 2006, I began working on immigration issues and was the program coordinator for Detention Watch Network under the then Executive Director, Andrea Black. While part of Detention Watch Network, I spearheaded the first national project dedicated to tracking the immigration raids led by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency and other enforcement strategies employed by the agency. This project titled, "Tracking ICE's Enforcement Agenda" was submitted as part of the briefing materials to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants in 2007 as part of the Detention and Deportation Working Group.. In law school, I became a member of the UNROW Human Rights Impact Litigation Clinic, part of the Washington School of Law from American University in Washington D.C. As a member of UNROW, I advocated in Federal Court against Michael Townley, a notorious torturer and assassin under the Pinochet dictatorship in Chile; and defended the rights of derivative U.S. citizens against unlawful discrimination and deportation by immigration officials in Federal and Immigration Court. While in law school, I also clerked at the American Civil Liberties Union's National Prison Project, and at Capital Area Immigrant Rights Coalition in Washington D.C. where I coordinated meetings and materials for the Inter-American Commission for Human Rights for their visit to U.S. immigration detention facilities.. After law school, I dedicated myself to advocating strongly for my clients in Immigration Court or in front of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. I began practicing in New York, NY and later moved to Seattle, WA in 2013 to start my own firm until I met Guadalupe Cavazos at a free legal clinic hosted by the Mexican Embassy where we had both volunteered. Since then, we have worked together bringing the same passion to our work and launching a firm together that encompasses our vision of creating a law firm that fights fiercely for their clients' interests while advocating for positive change within the judicial system for the larger community.

I grew up in Tennessee and received my college and law school education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.. From 1970 to 1974 I practiced with the Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps in Vietnam, Pearl Harbor, and other duty stations afloat and ashore.  Following my tour of duty, I became an associate with Mullavey, Prout in 1974.. My practice is predominantly personal injury trials, estate planning and probate, insurance, maritime and general litigation.  I have tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts.

I enjoy representing individuals and businesses involved in disputes.  I work with my clients so I can understand the facts and advise them of their legal rights and risks.  We work together to come up with a plan that makes economic and legal sense and then put that plan in place.. In 2002 Washington Law and Politics Magazine recognized me as a "Rising Star.". I have handled cases in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor and Grant County.. I recently completed a forty hour mediation skills training session and look forward to assisting parties, as a mediator, in resolving their disputes.

Extensive background in all aspects of immigration law. Concentration in family-based green cards, adjustment of status, naturalization/citizenship, consular processing, fiancee visas, asylum and removal/deportation defense proceedings. Experience with work visas (H-1Bs/TNs), employment-based green cards and investor visas (E-2s). Daniel graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania where he received a degree in Political Science. He then attended Seattle University Law School for his law degree. During law school, Daniel concentrated his studies on subjects that led to his interest in international law matters, such as immigration and environmental law. Daniel was also active in the Public Interest Law Foundation and the Environmental Law Society and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in the study of international environmental law.
