Nikhil Bavariya is an experienced personal injury attorney. After having worked at one of Washington’s largest personal injury law firms, and also having worked at one of Seattle’s top boutique civil litigation law firms, Nikhil formed Bavariya Law. His practice has always focused on aggressively advocating for clients who were injured in car accidents, slip/trip and falls, or while working at sea. Over the years Nikhil has successfully represented hundreds of clients in their battle against insurance carriers.. Nikhil serves as an arbitrator through King County Superior Court’s mandatory arbitration program. Matthew joined S.L. Pitts PC in 2014. He focuses on family law and estate planning. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a Baliff and Law Clerk to Judge Catherine Shaffer at King County Superior Court. Matthew recieved his JD and LL.M. in Taxation form the University of Washington School of Law. During law school he served as the Chief Managing Editor of the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal. Matthew recieved his B.A. from the University of Washington, where he majored in Japanese linguistics and international studies. Matthew also spent one year studying economics at Nagasaki University in Japan and is fluent in Japanese.
