I maintain a general practice focusing on entertainment and transaction law services.  I represent writers and producers, and provide production counsel services, including negotiating financing agreements.  I also provide business formation and compliance services, intellectual property protection, enforcement, licensing and distribution, and business transactions including acquisitions..
