Chris Miciotto was born in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1969. He attended high school at Loyola College Prep in Shreveport. Chris received his Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Louisiana-Monroe (1993), where he also served as a student assistant coach and recruiter for the men's basketball team. During his time at ULM, the men's basketball team won four Southland Conference championships and made four NCAA Tournament appearances.
