Mike has been a practicing attorney in Kitsap County since 1978. His background has been in bankruptcy, real estate, business, guardianships and other civil matters. He is a former bankruptcy trustee and has represented bankruptcy trustees on contested matters. He represented a number of credit unions, primarily providing advice on collection, real estate, contract, negotiable instrument and bankruptcy cases.. Mike grew up in Tacoma, WA, and after completing high school at Bellermine, he served three years in the U.S. military including one year in Vietnam 1967-1968. Mike has served as an arbitrator on various legal cases including: leasing disputes, landlord tenant cases, contract claims, construction claims, personal injury (auto accident) cases and real estate disputed cases.
