I am a Missouri attorney and graduated from the William H. Bowen School of Law, in Little Rock, Arkansas. I received my Bachelors of Arts at a small Christian private school, College of the Ozarks, in Point Lookout, Missouri. I currently practice as a personal injury attorney in Springfield, Missouri, and I enjoy spending time with my family in my free time.

A fundamental part of my experience in education, as a teacher and a parent, was the presence of countless laws and regulatory requirements. David Caviness was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps after graduating from high school. After the Marines, Dave graduated from Oklahoma State University, with a degree in journalism. Prior to entering law school, he worked as a journalist in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He obtained his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1990.. Dave is licensed in the states of Missouri, Kansas and Texas and is a member of the Texas and Missouri Bar Associations.
